Serene Tong

Serene is a Senior Manager at JY Sigma Business Consulting (JBC) with 27+ years of experience in banking—spanning customer service, operations, and risk management. After leaving the bank in 2017, she explored side hustles, joined Evergreen in 2021, and now thrives at JBC.
