With 27 years in banking, Serene Tong now leads JYSigma Elevate at JYSigma Business Consultancy, bringing expertise in service, operations, and risk management. Since leaving corporate banking in 2017, she has built a $3M portfolio, guided 60+ clients to consistent returns, and earned respect as a mentor in financial literacy and women’s empowerment.
