GTH-Asia Gains Business Media Spotlight as USD 2.5M Deployment for Asset-Backed Projects in Southeast Asia Commences
Singapore, May 5, 2025 – GTH-Asia has been prominently featured in Marketers Newsroom and Business Insider following the official launch of its initial USD 2.5 million deployment, part of a broader USD 25 million capital tranche. The move signals the transition of GTH-Asia from a capital-backed platform into a fully operational investment entity actively targeting secured, income-generating projects across Southeast Asia.
The deployment phase, announced this May, is aimed at funding asset-backed development projects, with a conservative loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 55% and an expected annualized return of 27%, as verified by third-party legal and valuation experts. Full transaction details remain under NDA due to confidentiality agreements.
“This deployment marks a turning point for GTH-Asia,” said Jack Yang, Regional Director. “We are no longer just preparing; we are deploying capital directly into secured regional projects with strong yield profiles.”
As capital deployment continues, GTH-Asia anticipates internal valuation growth, now projected in the USD 3.8 million to 6.25 million range, with further upside as more tranches are activated. The group is also selectively opening co-investment opportunities to strategic capital partners.
